Join GFI
The Graphic Finishing Industries Association is composed of companies engaged in trade services to
the graphic arts industry. Because the GFI is a trade association for a
specific segment of our industry, membership is not available to everyone.
Membership
Membership in the Graphic Finishing Industries Association is open to any
company or individual proprietor with a manufacturing facility engaged
primarily in operations in the nature of bookbinding and finishing services;
a majority of whose services are performed for other companies.
Associate membership is also available for those companies and individuals
who are direct suppliers of the GFI members. A prerequisite for either
membership is that the GFI membership applicant also be a member of the
GLGA.
The services and programs provided by the GFI aim to educate both the GFI
membership and its customers. The purpose of the Graphic Finishing Industries Association is:
- To encourage the adoption and application of sound business standards and practices within the bookbinding and finishing industry.
- To promote a friendlier feeling among competitors in the bookbinding and finishing industry.
- To promote educational efforts and general welfare on behalf of the bookbinding and finishing industry.
- To undertake the protection of credit in the bookbinding and finishing industry, by the periodical dissemination of credit information.
